Do I need an OANDA account?+

No. PassRate runs on synthetic prices with no setup. For live prices, connect a free OANDA practice account at oanda.com — takes two minutes.

How accurate are the prop firm rules?+

We verify and update rules quarterly. Always confirm on each firm's website before starting a real challenge.

What's the difference between the two plans?+

Same diagnostic platform. Trainee locks after 3 failed attempts on a challenge. Funded gives unlimited attempts plus 3 simultaneous challenges.

Will my session be saved if I close the browser?+

Yes. Saved automatically after every trade. Log back in and everything is exactly where you left it.

What's a diagnostic platform — how is this different from a simulator?+

Simulators let you trade. PassRate also analyses every trade you make and surfaces the behavioural patterns killing your challenges — revenge trading, lot escalation, time-of-day patterns. When you fail, you get a real diagnostic report, not just "challenge failed".
